We will be towing to Ruidoso NM late July and wondered if anyone had recommendations on campgrounds in and around there. We will spend a week there exploring with the idea of possibly buying land to use as a base in retirement. Thanks in advance.

Stay one night at the indian casino called the Inn of the Mountain Gods.

It is located just above Ruidoso in the most stunning setting. If you are a golfer I think the course is good.

Riverside RV Park is a small RV Park right in town a couple of blocks behind McDonalds. Nice, Quiet, Friendly.

We stayed there a few years ago and really enjoyed it.

Thanks everyone I'll check out your various parks on line. I always wonder what I'm really getting into when I pull off the road and select a park at random. Having your recommendations is very nice.
