Thanks to everyone who made suggestions.

Since I needed a place in Goodyear, I have landed at Estrella Mtn Park. Since this is their off season, I almost have the 7 full hook-up sites all to myself.

$20 per day is not bad for full hook ups including elec. There is a 14 day stay limit, but I shouldn't be here that long.

Thanks again Cool

If you are still looking try Happy Trails Resort. Owned by lot owners, you will not find it in any RV lists. The web site is http://www.happytrailsrentals.com/.
I have a lot there and it would be available, but not through the winter months. We will be there. Bob Fall

Thanks for the offer but as I said in my OP, I needed to be in Goodyear.

Maybe if I ever head back this way again, I will certainly keep this place in mind.
