Maybe this is asking the obvious but, since you are participating in an RV discussion forum that caters to long-term and fulltime RV'ers does this mean that this insurance is structured to be fulltime RV-friendly?

I'll be a Texas resident but will seldom be there. Will I be able to get medical care where ever I may be without additional costs/red tape or fear of being denied coverage because I am out-of-area?

Probably will have to wait until Monday, the 21st to hear from them.

The Blue Card program allows you to see any Blue Cross Blue Shield provider in any State, and receive benefits same as if you were in Texas.
