In case of attack, are these the frequencies used by the attackers or the attackees?

I don't quite know how you meant that, NQ7T, but it's a very astute question...and one I would also like to see answered. If y'all will notice all these frequencies fall BETWEEN not only the Ham bands, but they also fall BETWEEN the short wave broadcast bands. They appear to be what-you-might-call "clandesten" frequencies. dick, N9EXN |

Dick, Click on the original poster's screen name and check out some of the other posts he has made. Kind of telling, definitely a trend. I wouldn't take the post too seriously. 73's, John |

Dick,
Click on the original poster's screen name and check out some of the other posts he has made. Kind of telling, definitely a trend. I wouldn't take the post too seriously. 73's, John John I was just asking a question and with you being a retired police officer and all I am sure you could add to the question with all the information you have ackcess to being a civel servent and all. And yes pleas check out some of my other post to see what ever you can learn forms them. John most of us Ham’s believe it is important to have a list of Freq. to Monitor in case of a Disaster or do you see something wrong with that. 73's John |

Mr. Moderator could you please remove my original post, and if you or Mark you like it would be ok with me to remove my other post from this web sit.
I believe that Mr. Ghillie John NQ7T has and is using profiling agents me (and possible other’s) it is an old practice the police use in doing there jobs. While it may have its place why use it hear on this Web sit and do it so openly. I doubt that if I and my wife pulled into a campground with our 5th wheel and our 1 ton truck we would not be welcome by him. Sorry for all the trouble 73’s John |

Maybe this is why there are fewer hams. They can't get along. Why is it that when someones views are different from ours we have to attack them?Like I will for mine here.Jim

Actually there are still a large number of hams even though the scope of amateur operation has shifted in recent years. As a 52 year operator, I still am somewhat active. When I read the last couple posts I was taken aback. It would seem Mr. jay-john has some paranoia problems and can't handle legitimate questions. I took a quick look at the WRTH (World Radio TV Handbook) and it shows all of these frequencies to be in areas allocated for general communications. Nothing subversive there, in fact, I would be surprized had emergency communications been set for short wave radio freqs. Jay/john, I believe you are making a mountain out of a molehill. You are allowing ghillie to tweak you unnecessarily. Of course, your paranoia may be warranted. After all, they ARE out to get you.
