We have a 1.5 acre lot which has 2 large RV lots, presently rented on a monthly basis for $275/mo, each; exc electric but includes water, trash.

There is room to grow with addl RV Lots or building a house and keeping the lots for income. Photo's will be provided only by request to serious interested parties. Please call me at my number listed in the Members Only Section, SKPO#58047.

The price is $60k FIRM.

The location is between the City of Temple and City of Belton. Temple Taxes, water&trash.

Within 5 miles of the VA Hospital, Scott&White Teaching Hospital and Kings Daughters Hospital.
4 miles to Lake Belton.
