Deer Creek is located off of 1-4 and south on 1-27. There is a new shopping center which is just opening next door to deer creek. We are in the first section of the park. I can forward you pictures of the lot. There is a separate building which the previous owners built. The building is approximately 14 X 20 outside dimensions. The screen room is 12 X 13 1/2 and has screen and vinyl windows. it is site built and well constructed. There is a full bath and a small sink and full size refrigerator. The lawn shed is a smithbuilt and is 6 X 8. We have an approximate size of 30 X 50 foot concrete pad for the RV. There is a palm tree and other plants on the site.
