Hello, I just saw the Itaska Cambria, 23' and love it..but thelist price is 80K (gasp, choke) and was wondering if, anyone has one for sale, and/or knows anything about them? They are made by Winnebago and since I am new to buying, I have no clue if this is good, or bad. Any advice or info or sale would be welcome. Thanks. By the way I am not in Florida, I am in Fort Collins, Colorado..have to figure out how to change that!

For a Winne product that price sounds about right. You do pay for a name.
One thing I would like to point out is the corner bed. Very hard to change sheets. If you are by yourself sleeping might be ok but if you add a second person the middle of the night trip gets old fast. Most of us don't buy corner beds anymore.

Thanks, the one I saw 23D has a sofa bed, so it's that or the dinette, no separate bedroom. Does Winnegabo have a great reputation? Any other suggestions? I have also looked at a 2004 Forest River Lexington 235 GTS, which is ised and 1/2 the price at $41K..are they any good? I guess thet are all "good", but what about relieablity?
Hoping to leave in a 20-25' Class B MH before winter in CO sets in!

Winnebago is the grandfather of all motor homes. It is a good brand.
As to Forest River I wish someone else would jump in here, I have heard a lot of bad things about their products. Axles mounted out of square really caused me to look elsewhere. The RV Consumers Group rates all the rigs but you pay a very high fee (IMO) for their information but if you are spending 50K or more it would be worth it.

Hi, We just inherited a 2005 Itasca Cambria. My husbands parents had it, but bad health has prevented them from traveling. It was bought brand new, has less than 5000 miles on it. We are looking to sell it at book or below. send me an email if interested.
Hello windbraker: You asked for someone to jump in on the Forest River products. I can do better than that. We started out from Calif. in Nov. of 06 full timeing in a 07 Forest River fifth wheel pulled by a 07 Chev Dura-max. Both were great units, no problems, the trailer pulled great and everthing worked. The only thing that became a problem is that in June of 07 when we were in S. Dakota it rained and rained so to keep from being boared we went looking at new motorhomes.Bad move, we fell in love with a new Winnebago Product, a 38J Suncruiser, which has been a good product with no problems except for the HWH Hydraulics which from day one has had a problem with there lines finaly after six months of numerious phone calls and trips to Winnebago dealers along our travels. They decided to replace they last 5 lines. They had the concept "if its not leaking don't replace" even though out of 16 lines they replaced 11 already.I am happy with the coach but HWH is on my s--- list the coach has been flawless (knock on wood).would I buy another Forest river product? You bet. Would I buy another Winnebago product? Probably but I would look it over more carefully. I felt like Winnebago should have applied more pressure on HWH to fix the problem. Sorry for the long post.

I bought the Winnebago equivelant the 23 foot Aspect new in July 2007. I love this unit and it works almost flawlessly. I have water/moisture/condensation in the outside storage compartment under neath where the fresh water tank is. This problem was thought to be the over flow pipe not long enough and water backing into the fuse box and into the compartment. Got that fixed. When I drove it in the rain, same thing compartment wet. Now the problem was thought to be water back splashing from the rear tires into the same box and compartment, had the box sealed and a mud flap installed. Still every morning when I opened the compartment the inside walls were wet and the carpet damp. Took it back to the dealers did some more sealing of the box and I started down for Mexico, in Washington and Oregon every morning the compartment still wet. Here in Mexico hot and sunny dry compartment. Have written Winnebago and no body seems to know what the problem is I am hoping by April when I get back some will have an answer for me. Apart from this the un it is top class, sorry for long post
