Their site is difficult to navigate, but they do sell just the bags. I found a link and had trouble getting back to it. Good Luck

You found the tag! Good for you. Big Grin

Back in April those bags were $58 each -- sold under the KW part number -- from a Kenworth dealer. That'll give you something to compare to if you find them somewhere.

If you don't find them anywhere else, you might try calling Bonham Parts & Service, the Federated Auto Parts dealer in Glasco, KS, at 785.568.2431. It's owned by the same couple that owns Kansas Transit Express, the fleet from which I bought my truck. Their parts store carried those bags -- under the Link part number, which should be cheaper than buying from Kenworth -- for their truck fleet. Now that he's replacing the T2000s with another make of truck, they might be happy to sell a pair of them over the counter at a decent price. The parcel delivery charges might be high from Kansas to you, although they're not heavy and not all that big.

I put new bags on my 2000 T2000 and tonight I copied the following off mine - they are new so easy to read:

R81-1002REV
06257CA
Firestone

I bought mine from the dealer, don't remember how much.

Now I've got it all and need to figure out what to do with it!

Looks to me that Phil has a future behind the parts desk at the Evil Empire Big Grin.

For future searches, the pre-99 suspensions are Power Packer branded. Sticker's sorta in the same spot, and the air springs point at each other in a V shape. I have no idea what the # is.

Gee, thanks for the vote of confidence, Scrap . . . NOT! Roll Eyes

Actually, I do have some parts counter experience a long time ago, in a land far, far away, but not with HDTs. He just happened to ask for info on something that I knew something about, having needed new ones myself before I could leave the shop for the first time with my truck. The KW part number was on my Kohler's invoice, and the Link part number was easy to find online.

Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every now and then, and to have an opportunity to help out instead of being here begging for information, it was good to be able to help for a change.

And, while I can't rule out the possibilities of working in a parts department, don't expect to find me at the Evil Empire. Wink

TVmotorport,I just replaced the cab bags on my T2. Did it in the driveway, myself, walk in the park. Tools- 9/16th wrench, bottle jack, couple short 2x4s,kneeling pad of some kind and your good to go. My T2 2000 used the same bags listed (R81-1002) price range $58.00 up to $71.00.I have learned to shop around at different dealers, there is a wide range of prices for the same part,as with labor between dealers. In Il. they can go between $65.00-$110.00 within the same company. With KW big city $110.00. 60 miles out, same company = $80.00 hr. If I go 100 miles south at a independent shop I get and "ASE certified mechanic for $55.00 hr.They depend on all the farmers for miles around for work. Bad work travels FAST.They depend on there reputation to earn a living. Any time you need parts call the dealer with your "VIN" No.,tell him what you need and he will give you the part No..Then you can call aroundthe independent truck parts dealers for prices, and availabilityof parts. Many KW. parts are only available from KW! Good Luck and Happy Hunting
