Just wondering, from I-80, near Rawlins,Wy., if anyone has taken Wy 789 & Co 13, down to I-70 just west of Glenwood Springs, Co.? I'll be returning from Yellowstone in late August heading toward Golden,Co.
Thanks

Yes, I have taken that route many times. VERY good road and a lot of it is new.....you won't be disappointed. Lots of neat wide open spaces, not much traffic.
I go from AZ to Casper ,WY a lot and that is my route.......
If I can help you any further, let me know....

Mike

I was through there a few months ago and there was some construction north of Rifle that got it down to 1 lane for a road section replacement. Also elk were migrating down, it made for an interesting trip. They should be done by now, have fun!
