Park in the Sierra Nevadas - rent/caretaker exchange intended. 11 acres outside Grass Valley CA needs caretaker to feed animals, mend fences, repair blacktop, tar paper some small roofs, generally live on property. Hook up available. Back ground check required. Live year round. Pets welcome. Sweet deal for right couple.
