Hi all,

We're looking for someone who would like to live rent-free in Yuma, AZ for the summer months.

Yes, I know. It's hot here then. Cool

BUT, in exchange for really just caretaking our beautiful home and 1/2 acre yard, you will get full hookups with a mountain view, access to our 37' swimming pool in a completely private backyard, lovely patios (shaded!) to enjoy, as well as an extremely convenient location in the Foothills. Of course, your utilities are included so air-condition away!

Very private and quiet, we just want someone to keep an eye on our automated watering system for
our beautiful landscaping, and be a presence on the property to keep things secure. Occasional cleanup (sweeping patios, pulling a stray weed now and then, and just keeping things tidy). We will teach you how to monitor the irrigation lines (just making sure they don't plug up) for the garden areas.

LOTS of trees, lots of birds, an outdoor
fire-pit and BBQ for your use.

Background check/references required. We'd love to have someone here by May 1 to get acquainted and settled before we leave for the summer.

This property is home to a guide dog when
we're here, so sorry, but no other dogs allowed.
(Relieving them on the property creates a
"scent distraction" for Ron's guide when we're here.)

If you like the heat, privacy, and room to roam, this could be perfect for you! You could even have a part-time job in town if you like.

Call Ron at 617-694-9301 for more info. We can supply photos of the property.

Cheers,
Tina and Ron
