I notice on the various messages concerning the upcoming Escapade, that we should not arrive after 2:00 p.m. If we do, will there be space to park overnight, can we check-in late or should we make other overnight arrangements until the next day when we can check-in?

Mike and Pat - I know you grandchild won't be a problem - they will have activities every day for the kids. I think she will have a ball.

bndnrc - I don't have an official answer for you. I know that Bill and Jeanette are traveling right now and might not have internet connection. I'm sure they will answer you ASAP when they connect.

Glad you are coming - I think this will be one of the best Escapades yet.

HUGS!

If you check the Escapade site, they have staff for Children's programs and have things scheduled
for children so I would think that they have made plan for them. They should have a great time.

Hi All:

Please plan to arrive at Escapade on your designated arrival day between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm. The Awesome Parking Crew are all volunteers and most are retired. They will be working Wednesday to Sunday at this Escapade. We felt that 8 am to 2 pm was the most we or anybody should expect from them. They will guide you quickly to your parking space.

The Cam-Plex does not offer public parking or public camping an any time, strictly enforced. There is no place to park on the grounds until you are registered and parked by the Awesome Parking Crew. If parking at a local business, please observe proper parking etiquette.

There is information on the Children's Program in the May/June issue of the magazine. Karen and her crew have put together a fabulous program for kids. The cost of admission will be a parent or guardian volunteering a few hours to help out. They should have a wonderful time.

See you in Gillette!

Hugs

Bill and Jeanette

Trying to time my mail package...is there something coming in the mail that we need to show to get parked or do I just print my confirmation letter? If it's still coming, when will it be mailed? Thanks!

According to the Escapade link, shortly after Memorial Day (about June 1), you will receive your Escapade Admission E Ticket.
