What was the final attendance rig count? Curious since fuel costs are so high.

I heard about 1,000 rigs. The closing ceremony is this after and they will probably give an actual count. Even though the Escapade closes today, tomorrow will be a full day with a pancake breakfast, parade, hot dogs, the 30th Birthday Bash and fireworks.

They announced at closing ceremonies that there are 1017 rigs here. I also heard that headquarters did not have any cancellations because of the fuel costs. Which is fantastic. Wonderful time and I'm sorry for all of you who couldn't make it. Next year in Missouri!
