OK...just looked around at the prices out there and see that things really are depressed. We DO want to sell this so, lowering the asking price to $55K

Located near Billings, MT at the moment.

The internal width 8 feet, the length is 11 feet and the height varies from 6.5 to 9 feet as there is a loft over part of it that is accesssable from the main livings compartment. I have some pictures up at
http://family.webshots.com/slideshow/564094767ektrlZ

But I am learning there is an real art to taking good inside RV pictures...and I don't have it!!! You will get a good idea of the layout by looking at this link:

The colors are a little different, but pretty similar overall.

They are apartment size, separate Sears brand, and they are located in the garage. This model came with a sink just to the left of the door as you enter from the living area and we had the dealer install these instead.
The washer, on the bottom, extends 27 3/4 inches towards the rear and 26 1/2 inches out from the side wall.
The dryer extends 25 1/2 inches towards the read and 24 inches from the side wall. Neither interfere with the doorway.
I can take some photos if you would like.
Let me know if you need any other measurements.

Karen

I had forgotten that an all in one washer/dryer could go in the master bedroom closet so the stacked separate units in the garage could be removed.

HI,

Just wanted to alert you: You link to another unit that has two slides. You show a floor plan that has three slides. You really need to get your trailer in better light, take the camera off of "point and shoot" mode. Set it at f/5.6, use flash if you have to but in full sun with all the curtains open you should be ok. stand back a bit from what you are shooting. Push yourself up against a wall and stand on a stool or something.

You know I am interested in both your units as we have spoken by email and phone. But I cannot SEE the unit. I'm seeing bits and pieces that my brain is having trouble putting together. Since you are presently half a planet away (kidding) and I can't get there and you can't get here ... AND Carriage no longer makes these units and we can't go to the site .... you need better pics.

Please.

Regards,
Scott fleming
