I imagine that there are less full-timers with children than not so your target audience may be limited unless there are a lot of grandparents looking to travel in summer with their grandchildren?

For us fresh empty-nesters I could see the possibility of converting the back bedroom into an office area. Without seeing firsthand how much space is available to comfortably fit a real office chair, it would be hard to imagine how successful one would be at building a custom desk that would be a comfortable fit for us 40-something younger contractors who spend too many hows in teleconferences and webinars.

Many 5ers include a desk area next to the main entertainment center that is useless for guys like me that have to focus on CAD software without a 32" TV blaring in their ear. I've only seen a couple of floorplans the last several years that had a workable place to work in relative quiet isolation when needed. It also makes a good reason to tell salesment we weren't interested when they get pushy for their one-size-fits-all floor plans, LOL.

It appears to be a beautiful rig. We had a 2006 TS Classic that we sold in April. Good luck in selling it.
