It is a possibility, as the free email companies block from suspected mailing sites. I know that when I signup for a newsletter, they specifically suggest I look in the junk mail for the response from them. Another place to look is on hotmail and under emails you have specified as spam. This happened to me and my emails from my yahoo to my hotmail account were going to junk. Look under hotmail options etc.

Are you using the Escapees SMTP mail server? It does get blocked from time to time by ISPs and mail services that don't distinguish between the source of a spam message and the server that forwarded it to them. The easy fix is to sign up for a Gmail account and use the Gmail SMTP server instead of Escapees. You don't have to use the incoming mail account unless you want to.
